Presentations people can actually follow.

When the presentation matters, making the slides prettier usually isn’t the whole job.
Presentation Refinery helps turn complicated, crowded or rushed content into presentations that feel clearer, easier to present and more intentional.

Sometimes that means moving things around until the story makes sense.
Then making it look as good as it deserves to. Usually no meetings required.

Usually starts with a deadline
and a deck called FINAL_v7.

we help brands get noticed.

Work with us and you’ll be in good company…
We’ve helped hundreds of global brands stand out. And lots of smaller ones too.

Most people ask for better slides.

That’s usually where the work starts, not where it ends.

A lot of presentation work happens before design:

reducing
clutter

finding
hierarchy

working out
what matters

making content
easier to navigate

Then turning all of that into something people actually want to look at.

Typical projects include

Executive presentations

Conference and event decks

Internal communications

Complex and technical content

Templates and reusable presentation tools

Projects with too many contributors

Making experiences, not just presentations.

Some of the world’s leading brands trust us to help create inspiring, engaging, and memorable experiences. Here’s a little taste of what we do.

Built for a team that needed something polished but practical enough to keep using afterwards. Changed: created consistency, designed for handover, reduced future editing pain. Result: stayed useful, looked the part.

Hillsgreen

Hillsgreen
Started as a printed report, rebuilt to be presented rather than read. Changed: improved pacing, simplified information, clearer structure. Result: designed for an audience, refined for the room.

Microsoft

Started with a script with plenty to say and nowhere to breathe. Changed: introduced hierarchy, simplified visual load, improved flow. Result: built to hold attention at scale.

We've just had an email from the client saying "Thank you for all the hard work on the slides - much appreciated and working very well so far!!" That's literally the first praise we have received for anything! So that's a blinder!! Well done and thanks again for your amazing help as always!

What the FAQ

That’s as simple was getting in touch.

We’ll have a chat about what you need and take it from there.

Most of the time we work in PowerPoint, and we’re really good at it.

But we can also work in Keynote, Google Slides and Prezi (if we really have to). Oh and we’re also really good with the Adobe suite of products too.

We’re here to make things as easy as possible for you! We can work together in a way that works best for you. If you already have some content you’d like us to use as a starting point, that’s fantastic!

But if you’d prefer to start from scratch, we can arrange a workshop and create an entire presentation using only the information we gather. But if you’re already happy with your story, we can jump straight into the fun part – designing and developing your slides!

How long is a piece of string? Seriously, though, that is a complex question to answer, and it depends on a number of factors.

How long is your presentation? Do you need assistance with the storyline, design, and animation? Also, how simple or complex do you want it to be?

Rest assured, we always try to work within your schedule regardless of your project requirements. The final delivery time can range from as little as 24 hours for simple projects to a few weeks for a more complex presentation.

You’re meant to be asking presentation-related questions.
